The Albert Long Hall Cultural Center of Boğaziçi University, built in 1862, is an important symbol of Boğaziçi University and the Bosphorus. The Albert Long Hall Cultural Center, which hosts many scientific, cultural and technical events, is located in Beşiktaş, the most popular district of Istanbul. The metro stop providing access to the city center is just in front of the entrance gate of Boğaziçi University South Campus.
